Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

In high school, when I was 17 years old, I could bench press 415 lbs. I also set the school record at leg press with 2850 lbs. What can you people do?

Wow, that's impressive!

It's been so long since I did any lifting. All I can say for sure is that while my leg strength is high for a female human of my stature, my arm strength is far below average and I struggle to gain muscle there.

No one thought I could break any of the records at my school. But I broke every single one of them. I also have 2 30 lb dumbbells in my place, and I easily do it 35 times in a row. I can do a lot more weight now than what's in my original post. I even pushed this football player which no one said could be pushed back, who weighed 420 lbs, back into the endzone quite easily from another town.

I dunno anymore, but back in middle school, at an inner city one in Houston, I lifted a 200lb barbell and a guy that dared me to lift him on top the barbell, I did it. No record or anything just afterschool shenanigans. That was also the time I arm wrestled with one of the biggest dudes in school, we stalemated several times but I eventually won, arm hurt like a b*tch for a week though.

In high school I carried every single book for class all the time in my backpack. I suppose that's something, too.

I don't go to gyms pretty much ever, so I have no clue about currently. I doubt I'm that strong atm given I haven't been able to do my workout regimen in like, 5 months now.

I lifted a guy that bench pressed 350 lbs 5 feet off of the ground in the air. He was nicknamed "Bear."

We should all just give up now imo, I don't think any of us will ever be as strong as HyruleWarrior.

Death comes to all of those who oppose me.

Not a clue it's been a decade litterally since I last lifted regularly.

Damn HyruleWarrior, I'm surprised you don't hold all the Guinness world records for weight-lifting. Do you have any pictures of your He-Man self?

Damn son, how long you been lifting?

Me personally, I mean [radio edit] man. I dabbled at bit after high school but never had a routine down. Last I remember I could bench 115 max, which was tough for my weak, skinny ass. Yeah it's shit and rookie numbers, but hell I mean I'm personally like "FUUUCK YEAH"

I will be posting some in the future. I will have to buy a camera next month. I also have posted it on GameFAQs. on their photoalbum webpage, and it has since been deleted. I must post a picture of my actual self.

If you can't deadlift 4000 lbs while having whole chicken breasts being fed to you by weak, noodly armed nerds then I seriously feel bad for you.

(do we have a thread for diet/nutrition/exercise because, if not, I'm totally starting that. KRADENETTES FINNA GET SWOLE)
