I want to cut down on drinking alcohol, starting by taking a month long break from today. Also want to exercise more and build up on walking stamina so I can walk further (without my feet screaming bloody murder...) Considering getting a treadmill to help. I have an exercise bike but I'm so lazy about using it T_T |

Copy/Paste of what I posted on AR. Houston is a bit of a bust, too expensive to live here and the job opportunity my aunt's bf has is not really worth the stay. Already started on 3, and already I feel better just doin my routine once a day. I feel 6 will be my bread and butter this year since it was the same for the latter half of '15. |

I'm gonna try to be detailed with mine. Main goal and how to accomplish it. Maybe putting the how to accomplish will help me actually do it <.< >.> 1. Take better care of myself (eat better/cook more, exercise at least twice a week build up to more, take vitamin daily, take better care of appearance) 2. Adult more (read all important emails and respond immediately, clean more, take advantage of all the things my school has, start applying for jobs and hopefully get a job after graduation, try to gain some more confidence and stop freaking out over everything. It inhibits me a lot.) 3. Become more aware (start reading the news, keep up to date on current stuff in my field, TED talks) 4. Craft more! (draw, cross stitch, patterns, cosplay) this is more of a fun one, but especially the draw and patterns. Also, finish Golden Sun cross stitch by the end of the year. I want that thing done (secondary, decide on next giant cross stitch. Either Yona or 999 depending on when third game actually comes out and when I finish the GS one) 5. Socialize more (both online and irl.) 6. Get back to languages (Focus on no more than 3, probably shouldn't even do that many) 7. Learn python. This one gets it's own. Other coding/techy stuff too, but python and sql are the big ones. there's also a side one of once I graduate and get job get back into my music. I miss it, I want to continue, but I also know that I would probably end up focusing on it as a way to put off job stuff (I've done it before) so job stuff first. |

1. Continue work on Season of Thunder, hopefully finish the first draft by the end of the year. 2. Continue work on original fiction, try to get at least one short story published. 3. Develop some sort of playable game in Unity. 4. Continue to learn CSS. 5. Learn C+. Learn programming, basically. 6. Read at least one book a month. My total number of novels read in 2015 was abysmal. 7. Obtain a vehicle. 8. Get a job within my field. 9. Move out of my parents' house and into the modern world. |

I don't make resolutions, because historically I've never kept them, but I have kept to plans I've made on the spur of the moment, so resolving to do my best to live up to my own expectations this year. |

This year I resolve to be more disciplined. I've been experiencing a lot of new stress since starting a new job, and it's going to take a lot of focus and discipline to finally overcome it, whether that be by eating and exercising better or by setting myself up in a position to launch into a new job/going for further schooling. I have come very far. As long as I don't give in to unhealthy coping habits, I'll be fine. I'd also like to use discipline to focus on art more, to finish a few fanart projects and work on some legit acrylic fine art paintings I've been thinking up. Best of luck to everyone for a fantastic 2016! This is my tenth year at the Temple, whooo. |

1) Get back in shape!! Going to start lifting again once I move to Boston, lifting always made me feel so good and I want to look good again. 2) Find a job I really love. Not sure if this will happen, I mean I hope I find employment by 2017 but I don't want an experience like my current employment where I really just grew to hate it. 3) Play Dark Souls 3. Guess that's it, those are things I can realistically do and want to do. Maybe I'll get back into music again, but I won't resolve to do so, I'll just see how I feel as the year goes on~ |
