Well I assume the bad sequels are atleast more fun than the first AC game was.
Yeah, alot of series tend to do that. Knowing From Software they'll probably go on to making "spiritual successors" since they like doing that with their ARPGs. |

STOP. And no, some of the sequels are not more fun than the first one, and I have to clarify that that does indeed mean they're outright bad, since Gnik is correct, AC1 was a genuinely good game.

Intolerance for shitty violations of basic grammar isn't a trigger, it's me being more worthy of your degree than you are, Mr. Engrish.

You know, there's alot of differences in how grammar works in different contexts. For example, there's the difference between the formal structure of the academic essay, and the casual and dialectical differences that arise within various communities, ie. the internet or 'young people's speech' (just as two such examples). While some of these may be incorrect, especially if they interfere with the parsing of meaning, overtime alot of these changes accumulate and shift the language itself. Language is a living and organic construct, and its rules are almost entirely arbitrary. When you have alot of people making the same changes/"mistakes," the language evolves to reflect that. |

AC1 is a good game until the novelty of doing parkour wears off, then it just becomes bland and repetitive. I guess the graphics were pretty nice though, especially for its time. |

It kinda does, considering you have a "jump" button and a "parkour" button. You don't really do anything but watch it. Now, Mirror's Edge... |
