Is it any worse than aiming it at the last few seconds of the round to make sure the Inkstrike cannot be cleaned up? Oh yeah, I did lose this match but it is still funny. I saw the opposing team member activate the Kraken. I stayed hidden and did not move at all. It moved past me but did not notice me. Then when the Kraken finished, I took out the player. |

Pretty much everyone who uses Inkstrike I've seen does this, including me I've won a few games doing it, and lost quite a few, too. There was this one time my team was up against 3 Inkstrike users, and all 3 of them launched their Inkstrikes at the last second. Needless to say, that was not our win It's a legitimate strategy. Honestly, I always felt proud when my last second Inkstrike tipped the scales enough to win the game for my team.

There is no cleaning when the name of the game is splatting you silly. The only thing worse than this is when you are do it and then the guy with Inkstrike on the other team uses mind read and puts it in the splat zone. |

That happened to me. Also got a team mate using Inkstrike in the same place in the same place. And by clean up I mean the other team covers it with their ink. Was too lazy to type in a few more extra words. |

So, Hammerhead Bridge is out now! It's pretty cool, lots of neat strategies you can pull off with the multiple lanes and high up catwalk. It's kind of similar to Port Mackerel, but better. |

You know. For someone who picked science over art, I sure have been utilizing art a lot. But Team Art can't complain. They are utilizing the science behind the Wii U for drawing on Miiverse in the first place. I keep thinking I am done with the Miiverse posts for the current Splatfest but no, another idea keeps popping into my head. This is the latest idea I am sure Raven will enjoy: https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYMHAAACAAADVHkc6U4arw Edit: Finished all Inkling Boy Amiibo challenges. Got the final boss on second try because I stupidly activated the bubble in a bad angle at the final stretch and got pushed off and it all went down hill from them. Used no specials at all the second try and finished with two pieces of armor. Now for Inkling Girl Amiibo and charger. Did the first level. |

Just did more Amiibo Inkling Girl challenges. I find the levels go a lot faster and smoother with the charger than the roller. Did until the second boss. Bosses not so bad either so far. |

So, Team Messy won the European Splatfest. A shame I lost my first one :( Oh well, I reached Tidy King, so I still get 18 Super Sea Snails, which is great. |

When you get your hopes up with a 15 game streak at the end of Splatfest and still lose. It feels like Catfest all over again. |

I finished all Inkling Girl Amiibo challenges. Did final boss on first try but with only one life left. Oh yes, closest Splatfest results ever. The percentages is as close as you can get. Now I am debating with myself if I should not have betrayed art after all. Predict the obvious Halloween themed Splatfest. I guess Vampires vs. Werewolves would be too obvious. |

You are a Jovian. You must pick science even if the other side is purple. |

Thanks, you made me feel better. Art is nothing but frustrations most of the time. Edit: I finally did some Ranked again (Tower Control) and got to B- Rank. I don't really do ranked often because I am easily stressed and always afraid of lowering my rank. I only lost one in the first one I did today but the rest were all wins, and some of them were very quick knockouts. I hear The B Range Ranks are the worst of all of them so that is going to be great for my anxiety. Edit again: Finished all Amiibo challenges. I had a really close call with one of the limited ink challenges. Had to sneak past a few Octarians in the final stretch or else I would not have enough ink to break the Zapfish plush free. |

Yeah. Ordinary Sloshers are already a pain to deal with, especially on maps like Flounder Heights and Walleye Warehouse. Good Tri-Sloshers are gonna be nightmares to deal with, lol |

Going to wait until the Tri-Slosher fad will die down before really using it. I am only 2 wins away from being B Rank. Knowing my luck it probably won't happen in two matches anyway so I want to wait until I know how to deal with it from opponents and use it myself. |

Nintendo knows you are trying to rank up so they introduce annoying new weapons and stages. Though I like the bridge more than moray towers or flounder heights. |

Even worse than losses is disconnects when you win. I had a disconnect when my team got a Tower Control KO and right before Judd announced the results, noooooo!!! I want that win back now! The winning streak I had that put me a few wins from a rank up had a great teammate in it who then was put into the other team the last few matches. It was such a struggle to keep on winning. We were 1 point away from a KO then the other team pushed back and the match was put into overtime and thankfully my teammates got on the tower to finally get the win. I was getting really tired so I then quit. I need to rest up so I can focus for hopefully not horrible matches or disconnects when my team wins. |

https://splatoon.nintendo.net/schedule New map confirmed via Splatnet, Museum d'Alfonsino! Interestingly, Museum d'Alfonsino is not in the current version of Splatoon's data... so are we getting a big patch after the Direc in a few hours?! |
