I don't agree with that logic, in this case. It's better to be cheerful all the time, and be disappointed once, than having an atmosphere of negativity all the time in the hopes that you might be pleasantly surprised. |

I am being silly and not fully meaning it. In the back of my mind I do hope for a new AW announcement. |

I am not being pessimistic by my statements, I'm simply being realistic on the matter. There is absolutely no sign of any new Golden Sun game to drop. There was absolutely no sign whatsoever for Dark Dawn either, and it still eventually happened, but nobody actually seriously thought it until it happened. If I'm surprised and there actually is one announced, great. I'll be happy to eat my words. But being realistic here, the odds of that are unlikely, and we have absolutely zero indication of it ever going to happen. In a prediction thread, such a prediction is pretty unfounded and likely only going to have any accuracy on extreme outlier cases, which is sort of like winning the lottery except without a shitload of money to back up the smug satisfaction. Tis all I'm saying. Do I want a GS4? Yes. Are we going to see it at this E3? Probably not, but then I'd never have expected the existence of things like Hyrule Warriors or Jet Set Radio HD on Steam a few years ago either. We'll see. |

It helps me sleep at night. And I don't need anything interesting to be shown off at E3 to be satisfied with the games I have. |

I see it as the two first GS sold well and even though it took far too long they still had previous results to go on as an argument to make a new one. Unfortunately because they took to long the series had faded into obscurity and DD didn't sell well. They no longer have good previous sales to go on. So that's why I think it's far less likely we'll ever see GS4. Especially every year we go without it. |

Nintendo continues to accept their position as a meme. And I love it. Say what you will about them but they know how to speak to their fans. Even though I've personally never owned a Nintendo console beyond their portables I'm always looking forward to their time at E3 because of the crazy shit that goes on there. And yet again I wonder to myself why I haven't bought a Wii U already. |
