Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

I find Kotaku's usually one of the better sites, at least for the stuff I come across. But I don't follow or favour a site in particular.

I don't use Kotaku or any specific gaming site, but I've used some of the other sites owned by Gawker and if Kotaku's any similar then it's probably not very good.

There are strong signs that Retro is working on another unannounced Metroid game... or so we hope. We just know that whatever big project they're working on, it isn't Donkey Kong related this time around, so here's hoping.
That's bait.

But yeah I don't use kotaku anymore. The last article I saw was about some guy drawing dicks in splatoon.

I would use Kotaku more if their mobile site was actually functional on mobile browsers. >.>

Mind, I don't browse Kotaku, I just google topics and read some of the sites that come up. In that case, Kotaku articles are usually quite strong.

But it might be the case that the site itself is flooded with crap, and the crap just doesn't get through to the search engines. In fact, I did browse it for a bit and it looked kind of awful.

"gaming journalism" is a joke.

all you should ever report about video games is who is making what and when it's coming out.

Yeah, I don't know where to get my news anymore. Destructoid's founder/ceo/editor is apparently a huge [radio edit]ing douchebag, and that's all I had.

Death comes to all of those who oppose me.

I used Kindafunnygames for my E3 content which is a few guys from IGN who usually I'm not a huge fan of, but their e3 coverage was really good. I also used Gamespot for certain trailers. On e3 itself Dishonored 2, fallout 4 and Deus Ex were my favorite things.

GAF is my go-to as well, since they're often the first to receive news. I'm always hoping for a better alternative, though. As I've said before, the community is the worst.

The moderation team is very quick to ban. Still I have seen some things I wish I have not seen. Sometimes I do purposely look for controversal topics to be entertained. It's like the forum version of tumblr.
