Especially when I remember back to Too Many Birthdays and how his mental state affects his appearance? Idkkkk. Some of the preview shots seem to show him with like, a smaller shirt somehow, so maybe he just ends up growing a bit? SHRUGS Also new episode today, and I propose we make a chat with all of us in it so we can all yell about it.

I mean, I pegged him around twelve or thirteen up until now myself. He's a bit happy-go-lucky, but he's not childishly immature in the way, say, an eight-year-old would be. For me, it's because of the teenagers we've seen in the show. I'd peg Sour Cream and company to be 17 or so and Lars and Sadie to be 15 or 16. Steven's appearance seems to be more than a few years younger than them, so I thought he was a lot younger.

I actually thought that Sadie was older, cuz she seems to work full time, so maybe working until she can go to college? Although Lars does seem about 17 or 18. I did peg Steven as being around 12 years old, but 14 seems a lot more mature somehow. He's high school age, good lord.

One of them sung with a YouTuber that does covers of songs and he was as giddy as a schoolgirl. There were so many Steven Universe events, and I was over here like "I've never heard of this show before."

I'm less than enchanted with some of the more recent episodes, but the bomb that aired in January was fantastic, even if a lot of the single episodes lately haven't been.
