It's got an eerie, otherworldly feel to it, but there's a good balance of humor and light-hearted elements. The art style is cool, and it tells a pretty tight story. Characters, music, all that is great, so basically you should watch it. There are some really trippy sequences. It's ten episodes that are about ten minutes each, and it's finished. I think you can watch for free on the CN website.

This sounds like Courage the Cowardly Dog and that one is overall amazing so I might check this one out.
