Yeah, honestly, I agree. :C It might be best to wait until the Wii U version hits. According to the poll results quite a few people here will be getting it, so yeah. I feel bad for the people who don't have a Wii U, but unfortunately, the 3DS version's online just is kind of lackluster. Fingers crossed the Wii U's internet will be better :/
Whenever I have a room open feel free to join me (your friends list icon will get a glowy orange dot if I am)/I'll join you if you have a room open Alternatively post here/in the sbox for matches. You could message me too-- wait, I just realised we don't have each other added on Skype wtf lol. That must be fixed. What's your skype? |

Also I think I found out that customs do not have to be open for Mii fighters. I tested it offline and it does not mess with my preferred special moves. So no need to worry if you leave it on or off. Unless non Mii characters need to have it open for their custom moves. |

Apparently there are combos in this game which is why this game is not getting as much hate as Brawl. As for rest I hear there is a good combo for online only. You need to combo rest after the game lags and your opponent just can't run off from the rest. |

Do any of the custom moves make Sing useful in any way? Looks like there's some mode on the Wii version where you control Master Hand and Crazy Hand? The Cutting Room Floor found some unused voice clips, including the announcer saying "Master Orders!" and "Crazy Orders!" Then today's Miiverse post by Sakurai shows this menu screen: ![]() Seems likely that "Orders" is the blurred word there. It's possible that all those other unused narrator clips are for features of the Wii version of the game too (8-player Smash!!). Edited by Crash, Oct 15 2014, 12:31 PM.

8 Player Smash would be insane if real. Also, I got 4 customs for Samus earlier from Smash Run. Seems to be a result of not dying and doing extremely well! |

One of them is Hyper Voice, which actually does damage (like 11% with stun/knockback IIRC). |

In regards to the lag, I've barely experienced any in the 30 or so matches I've played on For Glory. |

I had seen one called like "spinning song" but I lost it when Master Core wrecked my face before I could actually obtain it. Hyper Voice sounds like it'd be actually useful, maybe, at least. I have most of Bowser's alts which I'm very happy for. Fire Shot seems miles better than the breath. Fire Roar is hilarious but I dunno whether or not it's useless competitively because it could go either way. |

Some things you could try in training mode and see if they work: Utilt -> rest bair/nair/fair -> rest dair -> rest falling uair -> rest Utilt -> rest should be about 20-40% or so to get it to connect. as long as she doesn't have ridiculous lag on her utilt, this combo *should* work, and might even be the most reliable combo (e.g. nair/bair -> land -> utilt -> rest). If the lag is too long, it might be fast fallers only, with a higher percentage range, or it might fail entirely. Bair/nair/fair -> rest should be about 30-60% or so, and probably require you to hit point-blank with the aerial, or use a sourspot if it's available (for example, I'm pretty sure nair is a weaker hit if you hit with it later in the animation; this is the hit you'll probably want to pull off this combo, unless it's *very* low percent). These are also very likely to work, but will probably be harder to pull off, due to more precise positioning requirements. Dair -> rest depends entirely on how they made dair work in this game, though I suspect it won't work reliably, since it never has. Falling uair -> rest is probably pretty low percent if it works, and relies on her uair landlag to be low enough that she can jump into a rest afterward. Probably something you would do after hitting with a another aerial or a pound (sideB) at low percent. Numbers are assuming the kb is similar to melee, so the exact percentage windows might be off, if these combos even work. Even if they turn out to not be true combos, if you can make the opponent waste their second jump on something, you may still be able to string a rest from these options. |

Oh Phoenix7:![]() In other news I notice that it is actually the duck who does most of the fighting. The dog really only attacks with initial jabs (then the duck does the rest), initially throws the clay pigeon and kicks the can (hunter then handles the rest), summons the gunman who of course is the one who does the shooting, and his neutral air which only he does. Duck does everything else besides for the smash attacks which is from the hunter. I guess the benefit for duck is that dog takes the majority of the pain from opponents while duck is safely perched on the dog. |

Luma does not flinch at the same time and using a grab on Rosalina is difficult with the star baby around. |
