Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Four games in and Mario continues to deliver. His air game remains tight and I could not be happier. That feeling when you successfully meteor with his forward-air. :awe:

Villager is just broken. Fun to play as and irritating to fight. I will not be surprised if/when he gets nerfed.

I just read that apparently this time around, the higher your percentage is, the further you'll knock your opponent back when you hit them. I didn't know this was a thing; interesting. I wonder what happens at 999% >_>

The Sin Thesis

I'm not seeing any tail-spike going on with Pikachu yet.

I actually feel like, recovery aside, Mario has a better air-game than Pikachu. I'm actually able to land kills under 80%, if I play right.

Is anyone else having an incredible amount of trouble trying to get a kill in under 140%?

Yeah they seem harder to send flying in this game. I'm honestly okay with that.

I wouldn't say "incredible" difficulty, but I tend to need at least 100% or so before Pikachu's smashes really throw you.

This will likely be different once we can actually face heavyweights - I imagine Pikachu especially is going to be a killer of his own kind but rather poor against heavyweights.

New Link is just so hype though. Feels so much faster even if I still hate everything about Boomerang and will continue to do so until they give him something else (which ain't happening)

Reaffirming my enjoyment of Mega Man.

I can get KOs pretty consistently around 100%, though it usually needs to be done with a solid smash. I agree though, once the game comes out and we get the heavy hitters, that will likely change. Just a matter of variety.

Pretty much the same, but a tad faster and better recovery. His forward smash is still the most satisfying move to land ever

Also, as for KOing heavyweights, I ran a few tests KOing Bowser with Dark Pit's forward smash (and his is a pretty powerful one mind you)

From the edge of a Final Destination version stage, it took around 115% to score a clean KO. But from the opposite side of the screen, it took around 165% to score a clean KO. KOing him off the top of the screen with an up smash took around 140%. Meanwhile Bowser can KO you from 60-80% with his forward smash. Enjoy!

Wow, Ike is pretty much Ike+1?

I can get behind Ike+1.
