Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

But eventually we would run out of things to necrobump. We must make new threads to be necrobumped by future generations!

I think one issue that was raised in the other thread, Slash, (or maybe I'm misremembering) was that at least some of the topics you've made (particularly in Life/Support) seem to be about the same or very closely related subject/s, so that it would have made perfect sense for you to have kept to the old thread. I don't think you need a "Slash's general life issues" topic, but using your judgment as to what is new and what's the extension of something you've already posted about is a very good skill toi have. Ultimately, though, you're not hurting anyone by making a new thread.

That said - and I mean this is in the least offensive way possible - I think you should recognise that "getting a complex" about something like this is not a reasonable or proportional reaction to the issue.

Fair enough point, I will try to stop doing that in the future.

As for the complex, perhaps not, but to be fair that's not really my fault.

No. I can't help how I feel. Like I said though, I was frustrated last night which just enhanced those feelings.

Cognitive behavioural therapy would like a word with you.

(You don't have to get therapy or counseling - my point is, what you feel, as an extension of the thoughts you have, is not entirely outside your control.)

True I guess. I don't feel like that *all* the time, thankfully.

For the record, I see nothing wrong with posting a new topic each, it might be silly in some cases, but thats not a bad thing, and as was mentioned before, theres usually a decent amount of time between posts

As for the blogs, i personally don't read any blogs, so i would miss them completely

We are not judging your posts by instance of their novelty, but the content of their character.

If you don't like us telling you your topics are needy and vacuous, then abstain from posting them.

There's nothing wrong with the number of topics you make. There's something wrong with the number of topics EVERYONE ELSE makes.

Also, I'm back and forth on blogs. I check them regularly for a while, then forget about them completely, and feel bad about it.

Needy, maybe. Vacuous? That's subjective. Nothing says a topic has to be about something that will generate more than one page of discussion.

@Shmittles: What do you mean, or are you being sarcastic? I can't tell >.>

Listen to Nell, she knows what she's talking about. In general, there's nothing wrong with making new topics, but I hope you can see why people would find it annoying if your new topic could very easily just have been a new post in another topic.

Yeah but that doesn't even happen that often. Even before I did that people were complaining (way more than they ever do now actually).

Well, obviously it does happen that often if people were complaining that it does. >_>

He asked for the feedback by making this topic. Presumably he was prepared for whatever we had to say.
