Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Yeah uh I actually haven't ridden anywhere yet. How do you even call your horse in the field???

This despite getting a set of sick-ass giant nugs

Radial menu (left bumper), bottom option.

I would ride around more were it not for the fact that your party just kind of vanishes in the meantime.

Your avatar image makes your toon look kinda like a Khajit...

I am okay with unintentional catface.

Trust me, you're going to use your mount once you get to the Hissing Wastes. That place is [radio edit]ing gigantic.

Anime was a mistake

Nope. If you're on your horse, you don't get party banter. Never gonna use my horse for that reason.

I haven't tried out my Deth Nug yet. I'm too enamored with outrageously gigantic halla.

I cannot express how much I hate the tendency for Fade Rifts to reset once you leave their general range. Nothing like switching to Varric temporarily to get him repositioned, and then switching back and discovering that whoops, the enemies are all back.

I actually already walked around Hissing Wastes. But for revisiting? Yeah, I'll definitely Horse it up. Or DethNug. Or giant Halla.

Oh my god I can't get rejected by Cassandra because the game considers my character to be committed to a Solas romance. I can't end it with him, either. I just indirectly friendzoned myself before I could get friendzoned.

I am going to jump don't try to stop me

Would it be okay from a story standpoint to play this before DA2? I have Inquisition sitting here waiting to be played, and I haven't even touched DA2, nor do I have much motivation to tbh.

No, unless you fancy yourself a time traveler. DAI is a direct, chronological sequel to DA2, and characters that appear in DA2 make appearances in DAI.

It's not a bad game; you'll survive.

Anyway, time for a second playthrough, I think.

Problem is I need to brush up on DA1 as well; I never even finished Awakening either.

So it's gonna be awhile before I get to this game.

Thanks Poui.

Yeah I don't have 2 to play anymore, and I never beat it and when I did have it crashed at random doing basically... anything. So I am literally diving into Inquisition and not giving a single hell what goes on :D
