- We're introduced to a blacksmith named Lisbeth and she is literally the best.

- There's just a couple things that kind of ruin that for me, however. Take a wild guess as to who is going to enter her life. One guess. Wrong, it's not the black dude.

- Man, crafting in this game is entirely boring if they just transform after a few love taps from the hammer. Seriously, how do you evaluate your own handiwork if you have no [radio edit]ing clue how you went from steel ingot to a [radio edit]ing sword?

- There's a menacing Ice Dragon prowling around these parts so Kirito is obviously worried about Lisbeth even coughing in its direction. Lisbeth suggest that she might not actually be weak but is shot down immediately. As if he wasn't already overbearing, here's a shot of him giving Lisbeth a pat on the head, just to rub it in a bit more.

- I mean, I get that he still feels guilty about the guild incident and Sachi. But if he truly felt that guilty, he would put up so much more of a fight in keeping Lisbeth away from the mountain. Instead, he comes off as a douchebag for passive-aggressively dragging her along.

- ohgod is she going to die.

- She has a potentially fascinating internal struggle: she's slowly losing grip with reality after living so long in SAO. There's a picture of a younger self and her loved ones hanging in her smithy, a picture obviously not recent, the fact that she runs the shop on her own is a bit telling of her situation. Her seeking out love is part of her desire to cling onto something real, genuine. Merely holding Kirito's hand seems to be working in her favor, WHICH ALSO WORKS WITH THE TITLE OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

- Of course, Lizbeth's problems are never given their proper development and so come off as cheap tactics to grab at the viewer's heartstrings because omg those two so kawaii.

- They find the rare mineral in the hole. And then we're given this little piece of information. The dragon eats crystals. That alone should be enough for anyone to realize that the rare mineral is essentially dragon poop, but she still does jazzhands thinking about it.

- The dragon eventually comes back to its nest and after a small sequence of events and Lisbeth's incessant screaming the pair gets flung into the sky.

- Gurren Lagann called, it wants its first episode back.

- This particular line has a dual meaning. One, while she'll continue on living, she's confirmed that she won't find anything else that will be "real" to her in SAO. Two, this is a world where she has to deal without Kirito being hers, and would like to live in it for as little time as possible. It's a bit tragic, considering how much Kirito doesn't deserve this kind of treatment from literally the best girl.
