Doesn't exactly make for the most threatening antagonist group. And Nephlim kind of barely counts either since it ends up just being a final boss monster thing.

I would really hope not since they specifically say that the new villains can counteract the Symphogears' power. Plus Hibiki has been nerfed. Meanwhile the Noise are lol and I think they outright said from early information that the F.I.S. Gears are weak.
