Well there's nothing I can really do if you have age and especially gender bias. Leaving aside that, though (that Kiritsugu is a manchild is the point; because of his childhood he never really mentally and emotionally grew up properly; if you listen to the Japanese, he uses "boku" for himself like a little boy), a big difference between the two is presentation. Kiritsugu and Homura are both tragic characters who, if you're going to be a fan of them at all, on some level it's going to be because they're pitiful (leaving aside people that want to have sex with Homura *coughSILVYcough* or the edgelords that like Kiritsugu because he kills people). Their goals aside, they obviously have similar outlooks and ways of doing things; though Kiritsugu is a bit quicker to pull the trigger, we know Homura would do it if needed (see: wanting to kill Sayaka so she won't become a witch and make Madoka sad). Fate/Zero, Madoka Rebellion This is what I meant by "morality". I like plenty of villainous characters and/or dicks. But essentially, Kiritsugu and Homura made opposite choices at the end, and I loved Kiritsugu's and hated hers, with respect to their series, their character, everything. |

'Boku' is the standard pronoun among all males, not just little boys. 'Ore' is slightly more common among young boys, and referring to oneself in the third person is almost exclusively done by children. |

Hm is it? I'm pretty sure it was picked for Kiritsugu for that purpose, at the very least. It was Urobuchi's idea and Nasu thought it was cute or something. |

It's not formal, but my understanding was that "boku" was the go-to pronoun for all men, yeah. Someone with more moonrunes knowledge can correct me if that isn't the case. Saber also seems like a "boku" person, but I don't remember. |

Saber uses watashi, I'm pretty sure. I heard "Watashi wa... watashi wa...!" enough in either F/Z or F/SN to remember that much. xP |
