I went Anime. It's a lot more accessible, not to mention everything Draco said about sound and colour and all that. Also, only ever read 2 mangas, so... |

Everything looks better in retrospect because only the good stuff gets remembered. Classic rock is also no better than modern music, it's just had time for the crap to filter out of common knowledge. |

Well, Madoka does have a manga, so it would count in this discussion. The manga was just an adaption of the anime instead of the other way around. ![]() |

Then there's the ones where we just don't talk about the source material. Like Usagi Drop. |

Manga mainly because some Anime deviate way too much with filler arcs and bad animations. FMA being one exception where both the manga and anime were amazing to watch/read. |

FMA knew that they would overtake the manga so they agreed with the mangaka on plot. The ones where they just fail even with manga source material are just...uch. |

I like both! I more watch anime than read manga, but that's because I don't like reading on screens very much, as well as the fact that I read novels and poetry more than anything else. What I usually do is watch an anime series up to whatever exists, then delve into the manga, provided there is one. I also tend to read whatever PK chucks my way. |

I like both, but I tend to prefer the manga version if it's an anime that has been adapted from manga. |
