The only cartoon I'd consider cheesy, but highly enjoyable for me is the Donkey Kong Country cartoon. It's not very well known, from what I can tell, and the episodes are pretty hard to find. Luckily, this guy has them all uploaded onto his channel. I don't think the episodes ever saw a VHS/DVD release either (other than that one compilation of three or four episodes). It's obviously geared towards kids (which is especially apparent by the random songs the characters sing in nearly every episode), but I really enjoy it. It's charming and despite its childish nature, is amusing at times. I have huge nostalgia for it too, since I used to always watch the "Legend of the Crystal Coconut" VHS tape as a kid. Was pretty psyched when I finally found the remaining episodes.
