How is he more sick and twisted than Minister Frollo? How is he more evil than Chernabog?! Well, he's a charlatan/voodoo practicioner that sold his soul and more just to try and rule over one tiny city with a few measly bucks. That takes some damn dedication, to be of that low self esteem. Short, easy, and to the point. I like that. He's also got one of the catchiest themes (besides Frollo)! And, at the end, Spoiler: click to toggle the guy fails miserably and gets dragged off to Voodoo hell! The Ioa was pretty damn pissed, too. Even summoned zombie voodoo dolls armed with needles.
