I laughed at Scootaloo being one of the pet options. I really liked this past episode. Rainbow Dash is one of my favorite ponies, and some other episodes have shown off different aspects of her personality, but this one was the first that clearly said "Here's some humble pie." Definitely makes her more dynamic and hopefully less irritable to those who find her so. Tank is just adorable and badass all at once. I kind of like how this episode was dedicated to giving Dash a pet, making a point of something that many fans have probably noticed and keeping that sixfold symmetry in place. Plus this solves the issue I had for a burgeoning ficlet idea. EDIT: Also, the musical number was wonderful. I enjoyed the interaction between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. As far as I can tell, they were friends before the series even started, which is neat because of how different they are. I always like when they expand on that.
