In Pokemon Black I beat the electric gym with the water starter. Pretty sure I beat that Onix with a Charmander every time, too. With Pokemon it's at least possible to get away with that, but the Yugioh cards really have nothing to do with the show.

It's rather disrespectful to the original material. I prefer subs anyway. Most dubs (especially 4kids) have horrendous voices (Naruto especially). The Japanese voice actors just sound much more appealing.

Once they got off Duelist Kingdom they used the real life rules (except with less life points). That said the filler arc after Battle City was retarted though. But considering it's plagued by many terrible, terrible players (in many different senses) and the prices are beyond ridiculous, I might have to give you that too U: Used to have great fun discussing decks and strategies with friends though.
