The wiki says that the second soundtrack volume will be released alongside the fourth blu-ray/DVD set, to be released on the 27th of July. In slightly over a month, we get to have new music, presumably alongside shenanigans with videos being repeatedly purged and reuploaded. Huzzah!

I might buy it just to have it to loan out... but DvD versions are usually lower quality than my archived copy, translated worse, and dubs are usually mind-blowingly bad. We need a good Blu-ray release for Madoka. I'll just have to see what Aniplex does with it.
