Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

The glitch to return to later inaccessible areas

Super Slash

I had to word it like that to avoid spoilers, and I know, I've made tons of topics in this forum. :awe:

Anyway, who else has heard of the Endless Wall glitch? Basically, it goes something like this (although I haven't tried it myself; also, BACK UP YOUR FILE BEFORE ATTEMPTING IT): get to the entrance of the Endless Wall (I think?) so that if you take one more step, you'll enter it. Save your game there, then reload it and if done correctly, you'll be able to go across the mountains and from there, go wherever you want. This includes any and all inaccessible areas, and it may be possible to see Venus Lighthouse like this as well. Can someone who may know more explain it better? I'd like to attempt it, myself, but I don't remember the exact details of everything.

This is a cool glitch, but the only problem with it is that if you enter a town you're not supposed to visit, you're stuck (which is why you should NOT save while doing this). If you die, you'll appear back at that town. I really hope someone finds a way back across; while this may sound strange, it would make me give the game more points since a majority of the missables would no longer be missable. The only one I can think of that is still missable is the Mercury Djinni in Harapa.

Oh, and apparently none of the NPCs in these areas can be Spirit Sense'd.

Yeah, heard of it, done it before. You have to stand where the Endless Wall path meets the path that leads to Apollo Ascent. Save the game in that place. When you load that save file you should fall down, and will be able the walk over mountains and return to places like Carver's Camp, Morgal, etc.

It's weird that they don't have Spirit Sense thoughts. In the other games, even characters that were never meant to be mind-read had scripts anyway.

That's probably because there's no reason to waste time putting in scripts for something you're not supposed to see. In the case of GS2 (dunno about 1), it was probably done before they decided that they wouldn't allow you to mind read at that time, they just didn't take the dialogue out.

Adnarel's Endless Wall Glitch Journal

- Glitch execution was done the first time. It's very easy:
    1) Find the spur on the Endless Wall that leads up to Apollo Ascent
    2) Move Isaac Matthew facing southward on the intersection so that his shadow disappears. His feet should overlap the east-west portion of the wall.
    3) Save a backup copy of your file, and restart. When you resume the game, you will fall through the heart of the earth.
    4) If you due east and a few points north, you can re-enter Morgal. It is possible to get stuck in this step.
- After three tries, Adnarel is back in Morgal! Yay!
- First stop is Belinsk
- Better save my game before I enter it
- There's a cart trapping my entrance to Belinsk, and the game won't let me exit the city. Hurray for saving!
- Next stop: Saha!
- I'm not running into any enemies
- Saha's NPC's do not know the Eastering Eclipse has happened, and why should they? The music is normal, and there is no haze.
- Can't Spirit-Sense them.
- Got Wisp, the only Djinni I missed on my first full playthrough!
- Saha and Kolima can be safely entered and exited.
- Next stop: Border Town to get Haures!
- I have achieved Haures!
- Able to leave Bordern Town safely. Its NPC's were also in a pre-Eclipse state, and there was no fog.
- To Rago!
- Still the same stupid festive music in Rago. NPC's are blissfully happy, as usual.
- Oddly enough, there ARE enemies in Rago Canal, and they're of the shadow sort.
- I'M TALKING TO UNDEAD BRIGGS.
- lmfao
- Negotiating Teppe Ruins now
- Now I'm in Te Rya Village
- Hou Jou is not in Belinsk, NPC. >_>
- Craggy Peak Ruins...
- Dead end, as I feared.
- Looks like Morgal is watertight
- Power off...

Fun!

EDIT: I've now used this glitch to get to Bilibin, Ei-Jei, and VALE. I figured Garet would be happy to see us with the Roc's Feather, but he doesn't give a [radio edit]. More puzzling, he tells us to go meet Kraden when he's already in the party. Shortsighted moron.

DOUBLE EDIT: I've gone and submitted this to GameFAQS, because I saw it wasn't up there yet. We'll see if they take it.

You got me to laugh. Hahaha. I should quote this when the spoiler ban is off.

Garet didn't change a single bit from game to game. =P

And when is the spoiler period over anyway? Seems like it should be done by now...
