Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Anime was a mistake

I know a little bit of where everyone is coming from. I'm bored out of my skull currently. My life during school is school, work, and video games, and video games are starting to bore me as well. I'd go out and do something, but I live in a small town with literally nothing to do, so yeah. It doesn't help that I may be the only person in the South who doesn't view sports as a religious experience.

Death comes to all of those who oppose me.

It's not people jobs to amuse you but your job to amuse yourself, if you find your life mundane than change it.

I can only amuse myself so much without the help of others. :/

If you're into abstract thought, TC, I'd highly suggest delving into philosophy. Theology might also be a good starting point if you actually study the very intricacies of religion.

Join the Navy.

...No wait that's like the pinnacle of boring.

Anyway, go and try new things. Anything. Obviously, everything you normally do is boring, so put it all aside and be adventurous. Learn to skateboard. Join a martial arts studio. Find a good book series. Go dancing all night. Pick up photography. The possibilities here are endless, man. And before you can say that it would just get boring, go and try it first. Maybe you'll find a new passion, or meet some people that you find incredibly interesting. If it's not for you, put it aside and try something else.

Nothing will ever permanently amuse someone. Doing the same thing every day will always get boring after a while. You either need to change up what you do in ways, or find new things.

Also, Satty's comment about art isn't necessarily making it. Enjoying art can be just as rewarding, be they paintings, movies, books, poetry, or even just natural beauty.

Epitome of Insanity

In the Mewtwo special, "leave this world" was used as an euphemism for "die" so the topic title kinda made me o.0

You're not afraid of the dark, are you?

Join a reality show! Apply for Survivor! Become the next Iron Chef!
When I get bored I play WoW, or knit and watch Spongebob, or all three at once. It's challenging, but entertaining. I've found that the best way to combat ennui is to pick up some sort of craft that involves your hands. Maybe go to a renaissance faire and learn to make scale or chainmail.

Thanks Poui.

I fold origami, and then give it away to whoever's nearby.

Seriously. If you're complaining so goddamn much about being bored, then actually try to relieve your boredom instead of being "Oh that'd just get boring eventually too".
This.

There is no excuse for ennui in this world.
I third this. I remember being bored all the time but now I'm either reading stuff, playing videogames, playing my piano or watching anime. It doesn't get that boring if you don't think about how you'll get bored eventually.

OBEY KRADEN-BEATRICE, Chris

Seriously, let's see you scream for boredom under your other screams resulting from the unending pains and pleasure of an infinite orgasm.

BDSM, Chris! But go to someone with more experience first, and stick to the safe word.
