So, I was in the Warrior's Hill dungeon, and I used a catapult to propel myself onto one of those gears you move around, because I THOUGHT I was supposed to do that to get up a ledge, but instead, it got me stuck on it, with no way of accessing any menus to retreat or any way of moving. I turned off my DS, and was back right before getting the ship. I had travelled much of the north sea (visiting that locked sanctum north of Imil before turning around), and was level 39. Now I'm back to 33. [radio edit]. Anybody else get this glitch? Also, could I have used a sanctum warp? Is that even in the game? Does it require L+R, though? My L button is broken, and I use the on-screen L quick key. |

No Sanctum trick that is known of so far. I got stuck on a statue at one part of the game, but I was still able to access menus. And for what it's worth, in the first two games the Sanctum trick only required the L button. |

Though, L is the one button I CAN'T use. It's broken on BOTH of my DS's. And it's likely because I've used Mind Read with L so much in the first two games. >_> |

Nah, the shoulder buttons on DSes are just bad and get messed up easily. It's usually because a lot of dirt gets in there and messes it up. There are some ways to try to fix it that seem to work decently, like blowing into the crevice between the button and the rest of the device. |

This happened to me, though it was near the bridge at Champa. I was trying to get a random encounter there(there isn't any random encounter there, is there?), I somehow ended up getting stuck at the area below the bridge(not UNDER the bridge), and pretty much the same thing you described. I didn't lose too much in terms of the game progress, though since I was trying to get a Zol Ring or the Hover Greaves earlier and it was doing all it can to get me everything EXCEPT those two, so yeah, lots of saving. |

This happened to me to. I got stuck on the Champa bridge. However I got round it by using the stylus to move instead of the buttons. So I didn't lose anything

Exact same thing as you two. I was looking for encounters to test my new forged weapons with, and I got stuck on the bridge. I was somehow able to wriggle out of it, thankfully (can't remember if I had to use the stylus or not). |

Oh, I just remembered another time I got stuck where I actually couldn't use any menus. It was when you use the Dream Leaf in Border Town. I tried walking out of the bottom left exit and it asked me if I wanted to wake up from the dream. I chose no, and the angle I had walked out meant that when Matthew tried to walk back in he got stuck on the corner of a fence or a rock or something and he just kept trying to walk in over and over. I had saved right before using the Dream Leaf though, so nothing was lost. |
