My computer is far from being gaming-quality, but I'm still able to run most games in low to medium res (SC2 for example) just fine. It just starts to lag out and break down whenever something with great graphics come in. |

Strong enough to at least play Dragon Age on the highest graphical settings without lag, so I'm going to assume so. Super awesome laptop FTW! |

Gaming laptop, an Alienware m17x, the one expensive object I own. It can run Mass Effect 2 and Fallout: New Vegas on maximum graphical settings without lag.

Nah, my laptop is not a gaming laptop, but it does what I want it to do. I can play LoL easily, and Minecraft runs without too much lag. |

I have three PCs that qualify as gaming PCs, in that they can run most new games at tolerable speeds and most within the last couple of years at pretty high settings. My family likes to stay ahead, but the biggest achievement in this is that the third machine is the laptop I use. I can play Starcraft II on this baby at medium-high settings with very little slowdown. |
