The Tuaparang. It's stated that they're a nation that suddenly leapt out of nowhere at one point. I've also gathered that there are dark adepts at the end(oops, I shouldn't have come here, my fault D: ) and that the so-called Zenith Clan, or whatever, laid in wait for some reason(WHICH I HAVEN'T SPOILED... if there is an explanaiton lol). And in that opening/the random video. We see a giant air-ship like thing(No, not Ancardia). I immediately, upon first seeing that thought of Anemos. But regardless, uh, guys? Could the Tuaparang be the Anemosians? |

Well given Anemos is supposedly Weyard's moon, I guess it make sense to say there should be at least some connection between it and the dark adepts. Though I'm a bit doubtful of Tuaparang's actual involvement with the Dark Adepts. Near the end, during the tension between Blados/Chalis and Arcanus, I found it hard to tell exactly which of the two was actually aligned with Tuaparang. Arcanus commenting that those soldiers with Blados/Chalis are not Tsuaparang soldiers makes it even more questionable. |

I think it's possible that Tuaparang may have something to do with Anemos. This from a book in the palace of Tonfon: "The Mysterious Land of Tuaparang: Tuaparang was an ancient country that one day vanished from Weyard. Decades later, it abruptly reappeared, aboard an enormous flying ship amd having renamed itself the Zenith Tribe." An ancient country that one day vanished from Weyard... It certainly reminds me of Anemos. The two MAY be involved, but nothing is really certain... |

That passage did remind me of Anemos, yeah. However, I'm not too certain - one would always think that the Anemosians would be Jupiter, but you never know, things could have changed - but it does imply that they were teh darkness even before. Spoiler: click to toggle

You know, it also makes sense if the Tuaparang are Anemosian if you think back to Dullahan. He was DEFINITELY all about the Darkness, yeah? And he was where? Contigo... guarding the 'light' (aka Iris) from being awoken. MOREOVER, SHEBA. If the Anemosians wanted the Alchemy Machines activated, the Lighthouses would need to be activated... and Jupiter Adepts are rare, so sending the still-innocent baby Sheba down to Weyard would help to ensure that they were, in preparation. Also, if we ASSUME Alex was in league with the Anemosian-Tuaparang even earlier(which'd only make some sense, really), it makes more sense. 'We sent a baby of Jupiter down near Venus Lighthouse. Pick her up somewhere or something.' |

Good comparison with Dully - except he was Venus element, and Charon was predominantly of Venus element. =P I'm not sure if I agree with your Sheba summation. >_> |

Well, regardless, his opening says 'I am the Shadow' or something of the like :U Also back then there were no dark-element, and all of the type things you'd associate with sol and luna are in Venus. Revive, various curses, etc. And yeah, the Sheba thing is weak. Still worth a mention, I felt. |

I think, Milo, that Alex is pretending he doesn't understand in order to force Blados/Chalis to admit to the whole Dark Adept thing, since he concludes by saying "Shall we consider Dark Psynergy an open secret, then?" Also, does that first quote appear before or after the second? ^^;; Anyway, though, I don't think we have any reason to doubt that Tsua is comprised of dark adepts. It might have just been a bit of poor or cloudy scripting on Camelot's part. |

Then the question becomes, is the current "High Empyror"/general political establishment part of the Umbra Clan, or are they only using Tuaparang for its resources and tech? Either could make an interesting storyline. |

Considering how it seems Alex KNOWS the Empyror(weird way to spell emperor) and was evidently trusted, but not informed of Dark Psynergy. Also based on how Alex mentions that the trajectory of the Apollo Lens(Or where Blados/Chalis wanted to send it) could be Tuaparang, and that he says 'Are they really Tuaparang soldiers?' it seems to me like Tuaparang in general are not Dark Adepts/part of the Umbra Clan, but that the Tuaparang and their technology(It definitely seemed, wayyyyyy early in the beginning, that Psynergy Vortexes are made from a machine. Remember how Blados told you to stay away from the machine under that Vortex there?) are being used by them. That's how I see it. |

I've been thinking this since I read the entry about the Tuaparang arriving on an airship. Anemos is supposed to be the moon, Eclipse = darkness, etc. |
