Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Bad hand-eye coordination, probably.
That'll be why you play warhammer and not actual real life games.

well given my title, and several of the rotating pics in my avatar....yes.

I need to make the big plunge and buy my army though...i have the codex and a plan, but those damn Nid models are expensive....and there are no models for some of the units, so i would have to kitbash/make them myself.

The Phantom Squee sees no title

The Phantom Squee has a confuse

Anyway, I don't play, but I've picked up a fair amount of background information from /tg/ and a friend who plays. Also got a friend who used to play and is considering giving me his Tau army.

I play... don't exactly have a functional army yet. Turns out, you need moneys. I has little to spare on such a hobby. :/

Well, there's also a 40k RPG. Multiple ones, actually.

Dark heresy, and the Rouge Traders offshoot are the two which spring to my mind...there is actually a group of guys at my local game shop who have a full-blown year long dark Heresy game running. It seems like fun, but they always game when i can't, so i couldn't join them...and they have no open slots.

I've seen one called Deathwatch as well. At least, I assume it's 40k because I've never seen any other franchise with giant pauldrons and chainswords.

Deathwatch, Dark Heresy, and Rogue Trader are all 40K RPGs. Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay is, obviously, the Warhammer Fantasy RPG.
