Got Rief in the team, and I believe I saw that the Dark Panther effect still occurs, when I used a Mars Djinni on a Zombie. |

Dark Panther was the first person to make it widely known that killing an enemy in the first two games with a Djinni that they're weak to causes them to shimmer in a rainbow color when they die, increasing experience, money, and item drops from that enemy. Since there's no simple name you can call this, people ended up calling it the Dark Panther method. Good references to Nyunpa and Lord Babi in books here and there, as the current world leaders are all looking for eternal life now. Apparently Nyunpa lived for quite a while after his enlightenment episode in the first game. I'm having a hard time believing some of the things the game is telling me though, like that the people of the nation of Sana have existed for centuries, stuff like that. It's only been thirty years from the first game yo, and the notion of a country called "Sana" didn't exist at all then |

It's entirely possible that we just didn't visit the place and that there was no need to mention it in the original games. |

I blame Time Kompression. In all seriousness though, we're probably going to have to write off a lot of that to what Jackal said. They would have existed somewhere in Weyard that just wasn't accessible in the first games because it wasn't necessary to the original quest. A hand wave, I know, but how else are we supposed to justify that? |

I haven't gotten quite far enough to see this yet, but I'm also hearing mention by villagers of some huge wall they built in "ancient times"; I can accept the idea of a town or ruins not being in the other games because it wasn't important then, but a whole gigantic wall that would have stood in the way for Isaac and co.? |

It really depends where the wall was blocking off. It was blocking access to some community off in the mountains in Angara somewhere, Vale-style, then I really doubt it's important. As long as Alex and the Proxians (that would be a really cool name for a band, actually) didn't pass through it on their path to the Lighthouses and it didn't have anything to do directly with their mission, it could have been easily bypassed. When you get to this place, check where it is on the Weyard map. If it looks like someplace they would have encountered, then we can start calling bullshit. |

Ah, Killing with the djinn the monster has the lowest resistance for... To be honest, that is the first time I've heard it being called by that name, and I had always tried to finish the battles in my playthrough with at least a monster killed that way... Alright Crash, how far you are? |

Hmm, Amiti's father's identity is mysterious. He was a powerful water adept who came to town for only a short time, fell in love with the princess, saved the city from disaster by fixing an Alchemy Well that produces water, then sailed away suddenly. Hmm a powerful, mysterious water adept who sails across the world I wonder who the hell that could be Apparently Piers [radio edit]s on the first date because despite his short time in Ayuthay the princess got pregnant with Amiti. But she died so now Amiti's father's identity is a complete mystery huh, Sheba randomly popped up in my Encyclopedia without ever being mentioned in text. |

holy shit Nyunpa So his super-meditation after passing on Force was not the end of his life! He was so close to reaching enlightenment, but when the natural disasters started occurring after the Golden Sun, he had to re-enter the world to save the lives of others. His will was overtaken by the "Ice Queen" who began to use him for evil purposes. But we beat her and now he is free from her icy grip. |

The Capricorn room in Craggy Ruins? You know, the goat one? [radio edit] that room, the tablet's hint must have been mistranslated. "Not leaving any trace" definitely made me think it was "cover all the squares that way someone couldn't tell what path you took to finish the puzzle." Which is actually impossible, so there went ten to fifteen wasted minutes. The hint should have been "THE GOAT NEVER CROSSES ITS TRACKS" or something like that. |
