So after a few weeks, I finally swapped my room back with my little sister, from when that time a long time ago when I was hosting an exchange student. And then there was one thing I found~ Spoiler: click to toggle An epic Mickey Mouse bag I got from when I went to the Philippines, back in... what, '00/'01? But then inside it... Spoiler: click to toggle Yeah, those things I played with back in Primary School before friends and TV and studying and teh interwebz. ^_^ So basically, I got those back in the Philippines. IIRC, the 4 big things on the left were toys from a fast food chain called Jollibee, and had a space theme to it. That big Yellow and Blue thing was supposed to be a Space Station, and it could connect to the other 3 things, as well as spin around. That thing I called "the ray gun thingy" could move when you span the solar panels, that blue "mirror thingo"'s mirror came out when you pressed a big light blue button at the front, and the "spaceship" had jollibee's mascont character pop out of the top when the button at the front was pressed. Those stuff on the right were also packaged as toys... but, oddly enough, IIRC with... powdered milk? Yeah, that's what I remember, and for the past year or so I've been wondering so hard why that is >_> They were also space toys, and I would wage battles between all of them. That Green/Blue UFO thing was the most powerful, but it would still lose to the rest of them sometimes, espescially that red space car, which was a close second (heh, I was a tourneyfag back when I was 5 as well) . That green guy could do something I called "the A move". It was back in the days of Pokemon Red/Blue, when my brother said that Mewtwo had an ultimate move, that automatically made him win, but I promptly forgot what that move was, except that it began and ended with an "a". Hence, the "a" move, which was the most powerful move in the game. (stragnely enough, I know now he was talking about Amnesia, and he was probably trying to trick me, seeing how, to a 5 and a 10 year old, it'd seem useless, but it really is powerful, I know now). And then sometimes I would wage "boss battles", sometimes with those things on the left, soetimes with Hotwheels cars, sometimes with K'nex/Lego things... and yeah, they were awesome. Wow... I did not expect this post to be more than 2 or 3 lines >_> tl:dr these toys that came packed with food... somehow became my favourite, even counting the HotWheels cars, Lego and that Robo Sapien that's staring at me right now. So what's yours? |
