I don't think any of us think his "death" just now was particularly heroic or just, so that shouldn't have killed him. Though Rose is a bit too busy raging to think of that. Which might be a good thing, because not reacting immediately might have gotten her a prompt stabbing too. If Jack hasn't done it already.

Which costs money.
