She could have easily glossed over it, as well as the killing of thousands of trolls. This seems to go towards a "I like you, but we really can't be together" type of situation.

I mean come on, John didn't create 4 babies, he created 8. And there's only 12 tubes. Karkat created 24 grubs. 12 of which were him and his friends. The fact that the other 12 were BROUGHT TO THE FOREFRONT AT ALL shows maybe they're a bit more important than we imagined.
