Whenever I get nervous/worked up/worried, etc., I start feeling really sick. Sometimes I get so nauseated to the point where I think I'm gonna throw up, so I basically just sit wherever I am while moving as little as possible for a bit. I usually end up feeling better while doing that, but sometimes I cut it close. It makes it worse if it happens right after I eat something (up to about 2 hours after). And this happens frequently. >_< |

This is what happens to me when I present in front of a class. Ugh. I get so worried that I actually make myself sick... Yeah, I think it's pretty normal though. Why, is there anything wrong? |

D: If this reaction's happening daily for over two weeks, then you should do something to lessen the stress... It's normal to feel stress (I feel that way regarding school presentations and grades, although I shouldn't as much), but when it's starting to feel chronic, then you should perhaps get those feelings vented out somehow. It's not good for your health. D: |

Yeah, I feel nauseous if I get really nervous too. Try to lessen the stress somehow. It is hard, but there must be some way. Also this should be in GD. |
