Golden Sun one of the best JRPGs I played? Hell yes, any game that makes me replay it more than five times despite not having a new game+ is definitely at the top of my list. It's not my all time favorite TBG however. TBG = Turn Based Game. That IS what the typical "RPGs" we all play are now. Sides, it's hard to define the usual RPGs as RPGs since now even games like Borderlands is termed as a first person shooter RPG. Which, forgive if I'm wrong but isn't Borderlands technically a shooter? As for what I feel is the best JRPG I played... Xenogears by my very own personal opinion. There has yet to be any other JRPG I've played that made me feel so great playing it. |
