Member #1,237 Joined: September 17, 2014 True Name: Kitten	That poker game though During episode 36 something hit me during the scene where Hol Horse talks to Dio. Out of the blue I was struck by an epiphany. When Dio appeared behind him during the assassination attempt, Hol Horse put a lot of focus on not even seeing him move. That it was seemingly instantaneous. Now we've haven't had DBZ level speed during fights in JoJo, so I'm taking a wild guess that perhaps Dio just used his The World. Because speaking of DBZ, and here comes my epiphany, the Dio/Hol Horse scene was eerily reminding of a power from the currently on going Dragon Ball Super. It reminded me of the character Hits power Time-Skip, where Hit effectivley skips time inside a certain area around him. To outside observers Hit "disappears the moment he uses it and reappears somewhere else". I'm calling it right now, Dio's stand can skip/stop/manipulate time around him. It would be a great OP Stand power, especially combined with Dios own vampiric strength and powers. If I'm right I'll wonder how they'll beat it. In DBS the character affected by it simply have to power up enough to negate the Time-Skipping effect and be able to see Hit move around. But JoJo doesn't exactly have DB power ups. Don't spoil or tell me if I'm right or wrong though.

True Name: simplechild	My initial problem with March was that the source material is very quiet and subtle, while SHAFT isn't really known for subtle imagery. It took me a while to get used to.

I guess it's time for Polnareff to become fodder to showcase Dios Stand lol

I love the distorted sound effect it makes. It's all over soon. Gotta get a drink for the last two. And yes the soundtrack during the five-six last episodes has been great. Aaand it's over. Great final battle with Dio. What an epic villian. And what a fucking ride this was. I'm now convinced that people hating this arc truly have the most disgusting taste and need to stop watching anime. So far I've downloaded blu-ray rips of JoJo so of course I've got to continue that tradition with Diamond Is Unbreakable. All Blu-Ray volumes except one is out, and the last one comes out late this month. I'm going to have to find some nice DiU blu-ray torrents now. Meanwhile that gives me a nice little JoJo break since I've been just binge watching Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency and Stardust Crusaders.
