Pretty much any Gundam series, Big O, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, s-CRY-ed, Star Driver, Madoka Magica, Canaan, Super Robot Wars OG: Divine Wars/Super Robot Wars OG: The Inspector, Aim for the Top!: Gunbuster, and Ga-Rei Zero(which is technically based on a manga, but in terms of it being a prequel). ... Most all of these are mecha anime.
