Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Thanks Poui.

He's saying that the 'otaku' opinion is that 'the manga is always better' or more like 'the original medium is the best' and that they were crying out in pain because someone preferred to watch the anime version of everything.

"And it was as if a million Otakus cried out in pain, and were suddenly silenced."
If this is a reference to Rachel's joke ending in Blazblue CS, then respect +1

If not, -1

It's pretty good. I'd definitely give it a watch. The ending is kind of disappointing, and there's lots of intentional camp, but unless you're Satty, you'll probably like it.

Odyssey, ya see~ Odyssey, ya see~

Yeah, I second Star Driver. The characters are very eclectic, it pokes a lot of fun at anime in general, playing around with every cliche ever and making them awesome, and has a clever way of dealing with it's plot, in that it purposely hides it while teasing it out bit by bit via each character's backstory. YMMV on this; because it does so much, it's hard to pin it down to a specific genre, and some people complain it suffers from an identity crisis. Personally, the fact it did so much, and never over-doing it, made the anime for me.

It's not perfect though; I prefer the first half to the second, and it leaves some annoying plot holes. But still fantastic to watch.

It's a very simple story, but amazingly executed as far as my standard concerns >_>

Quote:

Plot Summary: Five childhood friends grow apart after the death of Meiko Honma, close playmate of them all. Jinta Yadomi, leader of the group when they were kids, neglects high school and lives as a shut-in when he unexpectedly starts seeing the ghost of Meiko, who can only interact with him and no one else. She has returned to ask Jinta to fulfill the forgotten wish she made as a kid.

I haven't read much of this last page in the last 30 pages or so, but has anyone read/watched Black Butler? It's pretty amazing.

If left blank, your default title currently will be: Phasmatis of Elementum

I have seen a couple episodes of Black Butler, and I think it looks pretty awesome.

I like Black Butler, but I prefer to watch it rather than read it for some reason.
