Not only was it rushed but suddenly just completely cut off. But at least I got so proud of you bby grl In 2 weeks actually, and there is no chapter next week. Seems pretty obvious that it got cancelled, although there's a big announcement coming with the final chapter, so we'll see... I'm too scared to watch the final episode of Planetarian. =(

I now see where the comparisons to Homura are coming from though, lel. Holy [radio edit] this show went in a dark direction though, I hope they don't go over the top with it from this point onwards though, especially if it means more annoying characters like Betelgeuse showing up, holy shit. ep 19 That cellphone ringtone was the most anticlimactic thing ever, especially when I couldn't not hear the song Satty just posted whenever they said "something something white whale." Glad to see Subaru back to his usual bullshitting shenanigans, the show needs it after the last few episodes.

The whole 'can't use powers against people' thing is nothing new, but I like how Mob has framed it as a way of denying his specialness - since he just wants to be like everyone else, he views it as just another power just like any other. I do like, though, when Mob hits 100%, how it seems like a different one of his emotions comes to the surface each time. This time it was sadness, and last time it was anger (iirc). I'm not into the cast as much as I thought I'd be but psychic powers are always Cool Shit I could watch psychic shit all day
