Not even necessarily a sympathetic one, but her motivations and psychology are comprehensible, which makes her a good character. Oh that's true, Rem is also way too good for Subaru, and her reasons for liking him and being so dedicated to him are pretty half-assed and bullshitted/unbelievable. She's directly asked why she cares and the best answer the show can produce is "because he's special / / / /" which is literally just gag me now In four days she goes from wanting to kill him to thinking he's the greatest ever I mean that despite all that and how cliche it was, I still dug some of the imagery/shipping, despite how intellectually repulsive it is

And if Subaru is Pride, which certainly fits with what we've seen so far, hmmmmm also that ending >implication, since I'm pretty sure that was Puck speaking Emilia is Puck's daughter??? I'm already through 7 episodes. Death Parade Really like how they leave some guesswork up to the viewer whether the decisions are correct or not and don't make it morally black and white. Shows that the people coming through are just that, people. I also like how even though the show seems to point toward the "void" being the negative outcome and reincarnation being the positive outcome, that's up for (at least some) debate too given the use of Buddhist imagery, perhaps the "void" is more akin to nirvana. episode 7 specific spoilers Also Nona is both adorable and terrifying. I'm interested to see what exactly her plan with Decim is and what her objective is.
