Spoiler: click to toggle Ah, I guess I should've specified with "people from earth/other worlds"(planeswalkers olol), rather than "reincarnated people". Definitely a few I've read had the MC be reincarnated into a new body while other... otherworlders were summoned/pulled in with their original bodies.

Member #1,237 Joined: September 17, 2014 True Name: Kitten	So first episode of the new Berserk anime I have not watched any kind of Berserk animation so far but I've read the manga Good soundtrack Good opening Dark, heavy feeling, that's good The CGI looks [radio edit]ing terrible The pacing feels extremely rushed Weird unnecessary changes in the story oh well

Seems like it's going to be a total rush job but the 90s adaptation also had a very rushed first episode and mellowed out after that so we'll see how it goes. The CG would probably look a little nicer if they didn't try to use line shading with it, it's a neat idea and it can be done well(like the Jojo's openings), but in this case it just looks like ass. Puck's gag expressions were literally creepier looking than anything else in the first episode. Opening and ost were indeed great though. Luckily I have my Love Live Sunshine so all is good in the world.

True Name: simplechild	So my time at AX allowed me to watch two episodes of Mob Psycho 100 early. I definitely want more. The sakuga was real. I like most of the jokes. The show itself seems to be more geared towards being funny and MC-focused than OPM was. I want it to be good. It also allowed me to see Kimi no Na Wa, which is Makoto Shinkai's newest film. It's definitely the most fun to watch out of all of the films I've seen of his and it's a lot more on the humorous side than what he usually does. The story was paced pretty well and I don't believe there was any point where I lost interest in what was going on. I think 5cm per second is the better film personally, but I definitely had a better time watching this new one with a crowd of maybe 3000 people laughing and cheering and bawling and all those other things you expect hapless animu fans to do with good anime films.
