Just his abject confusion and horror as he realized what happens. And yeah, one of the most interesting things about the show is the way he can't keep his relationships consistent throughout the resets. Especially wrt Emilia since she's the one he wants to bone but keeps getting [radio edit]ed over by return by death. Emilia is unfairly cute. Spoiler: click to toggle Re:Zero? As have I, and I did so without already having an obsession with her physical traits. Don't make me come over there Boyd, I'm not afraid to go outside once in a while.

If you were looking at her design before watching the show you're still just going on physical traits too. But either way: A meal that looks good but tastes shitty is bad A meal that looks bad but tastes okay is okay A meal that looks great and tastes great is amazing Only I can appreciate Emilia to the latter extent I'll meet you at the border fuzzy little man-peach

The ep 13 finisher was pretty hype, both musically, cinematographically, and tension wise. Sea-magic, whirlpools, freezing stuff, etc. I had a feeling there was going to be some suffering because Manaka tripped the "I'll tell you after the ofunehiki" tragedy flag, though between that and Miuna tripping the tragedy flag for Akari, I figured something was going to happen to one of them. Manaka sacrificing herself was pretty feels Akari finally meeting with her father was great, even if the square coffee mugs were ridiculous af Yeaaaah digging that timeskip though - though I see the love web has intensified, with Chisaki still pining after Hikari, but Tsumugu having joined the the crush on Chisaki team and Miuna has joined with the 'crush on Hikari' team, even growing her hair long to try to imitate Manaka Timeskip and flashback to Chisaki growing up in the Tsumugu household was pretty great, and her calling the grandfather grandfather at the hospital to foreshadow that. Chisaki going into nursing and Tsumugu becoming a researcher is pretty cool too I see my "older!Chisaki is confronted with her old crush coming back as a middleschooler" prediction came true lol @ Miuna giving Hikari mouth-to-mouth, though the kancho is real

The difference here is that you'd find any girl with purple eyes, silver hair and boobs attractive. I have decided she's worthy by comparing her to the plethora of other characters out there that don't share these traits, therefore I am more of an expert on the value of her appearance. Sure, if you can handle being outside for that long. Just don't bring any of those silly guns you Americans love to hide behind, otherwise I'll have to unleash the moose squadron. I think both of them have niches too specific for their own good, but it's good towards the classic Okada melodrama crowd for the former and slice-of-life iyashikei people for the latter.
