True Name: simplechild	Angel Beats! episode 9 Apparently Otonashi didn't die immediately when the train crashed, so we're given more backstory. It makes his death even more unfair than before, but it does give a reason why he had to lose his memories before existing in limbo. Pathos porn galore with matching soundtrack \o/, but still a great episode, possibly the best so far. It ultimately sets up opportunity to flesh out the whole cast in the coming episodes. Can't wait for the next one, since it seems to be focusing on GirlsDeMo again. Durarara!! episode 20 HOORAY WE GET ERIKA AND WALKER NARRATING ABOUT REALITY AND FICTION. /o/ THEY'RE THE EQUIVALENT OF ISAAC AND MIRIA AND THAT'S AWESOME. Pacing is still centric to the gang leaders, but at least I got to see Dotachin's group being all badass with their dialogue with Kida. And Izaya continues to be one Magnificent Bastard.

Also makes me wonder at what point Hinata knew, because it's obvious he's there to help Otonashi out. Was he enlightened at the baseball episode?

I'd make a little sense if that happened, but then I would wish that they'd spend more time on that rather than the other odd hobbies that Yui has. And then I'd have to choose between watching more story or more TK and that is unfair. D:<
