Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! You become a Kradenette.

Whatever flaws Stardust Crusaders has (and it has several) are more than made up for with DIO's World.
I can definitely agree with that.

Battle Tendency

Yeah, Battle Tendency had great characters, it's hard to pick a favorite scene for me though. Joseph vs Wammu might be my favorite fight, it was just pretty great all around with Joseph's trickery and Wammu's honor as a warrior.

Oh wait, AWAKEN MY MASTERS is 10/10, dat ost, dem Pillar Men, dat everything

Are you going to move on to Stardust Crusaders?
Oh yeah that fight was legit as hell too, wasn't as tense as Joseph vs Kars but was definitely more entertaining. The Pillar Men theme is pure manliness, although this was definitely another favourite of mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyxOXjZHl9U

I have a bunch of anime downloaded I need to watch, so I'll probably watch Stardust Crusaders after a few other things. The 80s combined with Joseph and Dio being returning characters should be enough to look forward to.

When it comes to H!E, I'm mainly in it for the schadenfreude of watching delusional yuri fangirls.

Wow, way to turn on your own yuri brothers and sisters in arms.

That theme was actually pretty great.

Yuki-chan was adorably sweet, and I really like some of their animation and cinematography decisions. Sometimes... they're not so good, but the symbolism is pretty blatant but I'm okay with that. Probably because low expectations, ka ka
ED and that show were being advertised all over Osaka, such a nostalgic feeling

The epilogue for UBW was really good, elegant and understated in a lot of good ways (and kind of pls in others, dat Luvia). And added a lot of good content from the VN, I think, and overviews the main themes will giving some great character insight. Ufotable was really on-point with the 45 minute episodes this time.
And the animation was pretty amazing.

but the most important thing is this

btw:
Sidonia was pretty fantastic, would recommend/10. I went through and binged the manga after the show finished, so now I am waiting for updates

Nagato Yuki-chan is almost over, it's really cute character-based thing, and it's scratching that almost-forgotten Haruhi itch quite nicely.

I need to catch up on space-harem no kishi now that its finished airing, s2 was off to a great start.

On episode 15 of Macross Frontier, hawt 3DCG mech fights, dat Yoko Kanno ost, and the more SoL, love triangle focused parts provide a nice contrast to the more serious events that are taking place, although at times I feel like it takes a way a little too much. Entertaining show so far and the characters are starting to grow on me more than they did originally, apparently most of the character development happens towards the end of the show so I'll have to wait and see how they turn out.

Kinda wish I started with the original SDF Macross for world building though, feels like I'm getting stuff "spoiled" for me, too late now I guess.

Finished Euphonium. I was very happy with this band anime. It was a good band anime. And I need to cosplay bassoon player on principle.

Started watching Punchline earlier today, before the announcement of ZE3. I went into it feeling I'm either gonna hate it cause I don't really like watching things even remotely ecchi that much or that I'm gonna like it due to Uchikoshi....It's not bad, and it got better after the first couple episodes. We'll see for the rest of it, I'm gonna finish watching it.

RIP, what's so bad about it?

The series as a whole seems pretty interesting to me so I might check it out anyways but there's a bunch of other anime I could be watching that I'd like, even if I were to limit my selection to other sci fi/mecha stuff.

It's boring, awkwardly written, slow as shit, and has annoying characters.

And it looks like ass.

yeah, I could tell it doesn't really look great from what I saw(lel older anime series that aren't OVA/films), and I don't want to sit through 36 episodes if it's going to be an awkward snorefest.

Does Megumi Nakajima just voice a lot of these or something?
