I should just stop being lazy and buy the latest already. UBW Oh yeah there's zero excuse for that, it's basically just dumb Nasu'ing. He's literally fading away already during the Shirou fight, gets blasted into oblivion by Gilgamesh, then somehow has enough mana left to come back THE NEXT DAY, unleash a salvo of swords, and still have enough to arrow Gilgamesh in the face. Basically it's Nasu being dumb and handwaving it with ~Archer has independent action~ It would've been way better if like, Rin herself just blasted Gilgamesh in the face.

Cool to see Tsumugi's affection for humans cause her to hesitate and basically get screwed over right on the cusp of her victory creepy gas giant creatures: don't worry, they're still essentially humanoid! Tanikaze's [radio edit]ed, and [yandere intensifies] It's cool to see the gauna essentially attempting communication and reaching out, here In their own tentacle-filled way
