Recap episodes are usually a sign that the studio is behind schedule and need an extra week to get back on track. Ideally recap episodes should never happen (unless to purposefully give the animators a break which I doubt), but with how strenuous the industry is I'm not surprised. @bowz BOKURA WA MINNA IKITEIRU dwaco Hahaha, the yuri fans and Hibike! Euphonium. That's hilarious, especially since the LN it's based on is apparently canon het. Their suffering is delicious. I think the yuri in Euphonium is a knee-jerk reaction, personally, since there's so little actual evidence of any romantic inclinations in the ship. They sure are intimate with each other, though, so that totally means they want to sex.

I don't know the plausibility of "floating islands" in a gas giant unless it's just pieces of the ring in constant decaying orbit, but it makes for an absolutely beautifully haunting aesthetic. Really effective use of music and silence this episode, knowing when to dial things back and just let the scenery speak for itself. - Tsumugi vs. Benisuzume duel is possibly the hypest thing ever envisioned

The OST is, as always, the best part - nothing like classical to make everyday stuff like "sitting at the library, looking at the window" feel profound, kek EDIT: Also, just finished Bokurano 37 this manga is incredible
