I love Akane lighting and leaving cigarettes burning out of longing. Fantastic character moment. The connection between "drugs that make your psycho-pass clear" and the "but how was his psycho-pass so low!?" camp, so there's definitely going to be some connection to that pharmaceutical company. Togane is a really interesting character, and definitely up to no good. Akane is such a fantastic detective character, though. Solving stuff through character analysis and deduction. The villain this time around seems to be in the open (pretty sure it's that therapist guy, anyway), so I'm interested in seeing what his deal is.

It's from Fullmetal Alchemist. Specifically a character called Envy, and that specific gif is apparently from the movie called Conqueror of Shamballa.

PP season 2 ep 2 spoilers Togane definitely has something "off" to him although I think he has good intentions overall. In episode 1, he seemed sympathetic with bomberman but he had the intent to kill when bomberman set that bomb off under the crowd of people. I think Togane agrees with stirring up the flawed justice system, but drew the line when the guy involved innocent people as before that the bombs weren't set off to physically harm people. Defintely agree that the therapist looks like the villain this time around. Quote: Ah yes another anime I started an will never finish. I don't even remember seeing Envy turn into that in Conqueror of Shamballa, it has been a while since I've seen it though. Shamballa was pretty neat yeah, I wasn't big on the antagonist of it but it added a nice bit of resolution to the series beyond that thing that Edward Elric does in the end. Also, the Gluttony part was godly.
