Puella Magi => Witches == SUPER ENERGY FOREVER, apparently

Well they DID say they were gonna have Sayaka kill Kyoko two episodes back, so this was pretty much expected.

They did? I must've missed that. But man, [radio edit]ing Hazama would be proud of how much of a troll Kyubey was in this episode. Goddamn. Poor, poor Sayaka and Kyoko D:

Funny how they brought emotions into the plot, though, since that's actually magical girlish.

If you stop there, there's a very obvious foreshadowing shot, here's a screen cap of it.

Well okay looking at that, yeah, it is kind of obvious. Still though, I bet most of us expected Homura to be the one to take out Sayaka, not Kyoko doing a suicide attack :c

now that sayaka and kyoko are gone theres only homura and madoka which is boring bluhh

It seems to be implied that Madoka will be that much more powerful than the other Puella Magi. I mean, Homura can already stop time, so for Madoka to be above her would mean she'd have some crazy magical powers. Remember, for all of her hax powers, Homura still can't beat the Walpurgis Night alone. And yeah, Kyubey said that he and the other Incubators were just created to do it, they aren't the aliens themselves.

Well what exactly IS the Walpurgis Night exactly? What I found on mythica was:

I'm speculating that it's related to the fallen Puella Magis. The first mentioning of Walpurgis is with Kyoko, Homura never did mention it with Mami. It's possible that at the time Mami was still alive Walpurgis wasn't an issue. And Kyoko did mention here that Walpurgis is "a powerful witch", and before that she mentioned one has never showed up in this city before. So it's possible that this Walpurgis is resultant from Puella Magis who had fallen before becoming witches, there's Mami, and now we have Kyoko.

Along with what Kyoko said, the fact that Kyubey stated that Walpurgis Night is something that Homura cannot "defeat" on her own implies that it's some kind of being (rather than an event or something as "Night" would imply). Maybe it's a witch formed from the resultant total of all the energy released of the defeated witches/Puella Magi or something.
