Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Shouldn't you hate Wizard or something? I see nothing but contempt for it amongst fans.

It's pretty [radio edit]ing boring, but Haruto is pretty swag and his powers are cool, so it's not the worst watch. The story is OK at best.

The writing has been on the wall for years though. They lack successors and talent to replace the people who have gone/retired and sadly their films have failed to make any profit for a long time. I've still only seen a handful of their movies but loved nearly all of them. At least they're going out in style instead of quality decline.

Movies like Wolf Children at least give me hope that hand drawn animation will continue to exist in Japan, even with Ghibli gone.

This was him speculating about the future of the studio, saying that they may take a break for a few years and restructure

Also finally started reading Berserk and Cardcaptor Sakura since I finished Blame! Tempted to skip the Golden Age arc with Berserk since the anime already covered it and I want to find out what happens next, but the arc was good enough that I wouldn't mind reading it again. The low fantasy setting and small, personable cast really drew me in before so I'll probs just go with it.
The Golden Age arc is the best part of Berserk by far, at least from what I've read so far. The manga also has some things in the arc that are neither in the anime nor the films.
Yeah, I'll just read through it, it's been a couple of years since I watched the anime so it'll be a nice refresher anyways. After finishing the anime I was worried it would devolve into villainous demons getting hunted down but I've heard the demons are pretty interesting and more "neutral" than anything. In other words, it's still all about the human depravity, happy stuffs.

That trailer looks perfect for weirding out all of my non-anime friends.

I was expecting it to be a shitty slice of life anime, so I'm surprised that they're showcasing naval combat for the PV.

I wrote a thing about my feelings on the main character of Aldnoah.Zero. It's kinda personal and definitely spoiler-heavy, so.

Been thinking of dropping Tokyo Ghoul after hearing they're apparently still rushing it, and trying to do the whole thing in 12 episodes. Looking over my MAL, almost without exception (like, Maou-sama kind of?), 12-episode adaptations without more seasons have kind of sucked.

Silvy and I were thinking of watching Tatami Galaxy.

As a warning, don't worry too much about understanding 100% of the dialogue the first time through because most of the narrator's thoughts are superfluous and exist merely to demonstrate how rushed he feels about his life. You could comprehend maybe 80% of his jargon and still understand the point of the story.

Hah, after getting Beckett and stuff, that pace wasn't too bad. Just a matter of flicking down and then going up to appreciate dat animation, because holy crap it's amazing.
Akashi's eye lasers, subzero response, and comical bloating/reaction to the moth is great. And the black cupid sequence too. And the shaky RL-cameras or drawn-over RL stuff. So good.

I think I'm going to like this show. >.>

From my understanding, people are looking for whatever reason they can find to take the piss out of Akdnoah.Zero. I don't know why people got butthurt at that part when it honestly characterizes him better than almost any other scene so far.

The dialogue in SAO II is so much cheesier than it was last season.
