It's basically Berserk but with characters that look more like those in modern anime. I can't help but think Koinzell looks like a younger, elf version of Kenshin.

It hasn't really started yet because it spent the last six episodes on backstory and a bit of recap, but I really like it so far. Both Nanas are entertaining to watch.

I kinda wish they switched the opening theme...I can't say for the 60-ish chimera ant arc episodes, but every episode I have seen has either had that theme (with video/verses changing) or no opening for that episode that I remember. Also started watching the new Sailor Moon. Usagi's voice kinda annoys me, but otherwise I like it. I wish that Noragami and Symphogear would actually load cause I want to finish those two before I add new stuff to my list, but meh. Instead I've been watching Shugo Chara (which my friend wanted me to watch), Ghost Hunt (which I'm almost done with), and Slayers (which I've needed to finish for like 2 years <.< >.> 5 or 6 episodes left!)

I've read the first 20. The first movie is great, but I didn't really care for NANA 2. I can't speak for the anime, but I've also heard good things about it.
