The Nanoha movies are mostly unnecessary to watch that soon, as are the Madoka movies, unless you want to do a comparison between the series/movies. Although I guess the Nanoha movies vary more than the Madoka ones do. I remember the fights in both Nanoha movies being pretty amazing to watch. |

Agreed with this on the Madoka front. Watch those movies later when you're in the mood for a Madoka fix again.

I wouldn't bother watching the first 2 Madoka movies right after the series unless you really want to, it does look better but it just covers the same story with like, 10 minutes of new scenes, Rebellion is great though. I've been meaning to check out the Nanoha movies, saw a couple of fight scenes from them and they look way better than the series. An accurate reaction to Penguindrum Bowz, "lost" is a good way to describe the entire series.
Yeah, I wasn't too sure what to think of it after the first episode. It's definitely a unique series and I ended up loving it in the end but it's not everyone's cup of tea. In other news, Atelier anime looks cute and I'll probably end up checking it out too. Haven't played the prequel or the game though. |

Yeah, the Nanoha movies have better fight scenes, but IMO the rest of it isn't done as well. In particular, one of the more interesting subplots of A's was removed entirely. |

I'm currently listening to some Highschool DxD OP songs. It is quite weird how such an ecchi-heavy series has great OP songs (pretty much all of them are good). The EDs suck though. |

The quality of the songs is going to vary by the VA doing it, and it's not like ecchi series don't draw from the same talent pool that normal series do. Hentai, on the other hand... |

I guess you have a point there. I finished Sakura Trick, too. Cute/amusing show overall, though there were not enough kisses in the last few episodes. |

So... this? http://myanimelist.net/anime/12149/AKB0048_First_Stage Sounds like Fahrenheit 451 in SPACE except with music being banned and singers as main characters. ...I could get into this. It's Miss Monochrome Slash, the greatest anime of all time. |
