I don't like the dub because it doesn't sound right to me. That's it. I'm used to the Japanese. Sure, I would like it if people watched the sub, but I'm not wailing on it for real. I'm freaking playing around for the most part. People can watch what they want to watch. Next time I'll just not talk about anime and keep my opinions to myself. Sheesh.

I watched it in dub and although the voices were weird at first, I got used to it pretty quick. In general I find whatever I heard a series in first I end up preferring, whether it's dub or Weeabooese. I usually just end up watching the subs for shows because they either aren't getting a dub or I'm too impatient to wait around for it. Ofcourse, then you have the occasional dub that just makes you want to claw your ears out. I haven't watched F/Z in dub either, tempted to rewatch it though as although I enjoyed it, I don't really remember too much of the details(damn introducing a shit-ton of characters in the first episode).

I remember growing up watching the dubs of FMA and Trigun, and the subs version was difficult for me to get back to. Generally though I go for subs, unless the dubs are localized extremely well with no censoring or change in dialogue.

After a while, though, Japanese voices just started getting to me (I would pay attention to the phonetics and speech patterns of a language I didn't understand rather than the subtitles) and now I often just find it grating. Not in general, but in anime, where it's heavily dramatized. So in the end I'll usually go for a dub if there's a choice in the matter.
